Ohr Torah Stone welcomes aboard our new Director of Development for North America, Joel Weiss. Joel brings a wealth of experience in marketing and communications to OTS, where he will play a strategic role in the organization's future growth and development. A former Captain in the Israel Defense Forces, Joel is enthusiastic about facing a new challenge.
